May we stay overnight with you despite the coronavirus?

Business travel was allowed throughout. Tourist overnight stays are also allowed again with a stable 7-day incidence for those tested, recovered, and vaccinated. We ask that you provide proof of this. If you have booked a late arrival, please send us the proof by email or by WhatsApp.

What should I bear in mind when arriving?

We do not have a permanently staffed reception. Our office is located on the 1st floor of the building. Normally, we leave your room card in the safe located on the ground floor, opposite our entrance door. We will contact you in any case for this purpose, preferably via the cell phone number you provided when booking. With the card deposited in the safe, you will be able to open the entrance door on the ground floor as well as the door to the hotel on the 2nd floor, in addition to your room door.

You have shared bathrooms and toilets?

Some of our rooms do not have a wet room, i.e. no toilet, shower or sink in the room. The shared bathrooms are located in the middle of the aisle and are separated by gender. We have four showers and four toilets for men and the same number for women. The bathrooms are built to the latest standard and are kept sparkling clean. You can see photos of the bathrooms under the “Impressions” and “Our Rooms” tabs.

How about the shared kitchen?

We have a shared kitchen with two fridges, a microwave, kettle, toaster, a coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. You are welcome to prepare your own food and drinks here.

How exactly does the payment work?

Cancellable booking: Providing your credit card details offers us security in the event of a no-show. However, we will charge the card at the earliest 24 hours before your arrival. If you do not have a credit card, you can pay via GiroPay. If you do not have a credit card or a German bank card, you can easily pay on site. In this case, give us your passport number as security.

Non-cancellable booking: In the case of a non-cancellable booking, we will charge your credit card after booking. You also have the option to pay via GiroPay. If you do not have a credit card or a German bank card, we ask for a bank transfer.

What cancellation deadlines do you have?

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the following cancellation periods apply:

For bookings of one to four nights or for up to four rooms booked:

  • Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival (until 18.00 – hotel local time): free of charge
  • Cancellations thereafter: 100 % of the total price

For bookings of five nights or more or five or more rooms booked:

  • Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival (until 18.00 hrs – hotel local time): Free of charge
  • Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival (by 18:00 – hotel local time): 50% of total price
    Cancellations from the 3rd day before arrival (until 18:00 hrs – hotel local time) : 100% of the total price

What are the breakfast times?

We have an optional breakfast from 6.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. We therefore ask you to inform us at least one day in advance whether you would like to book breakfast. Please also let us know the peculiarities of your eating behavior so that we can adjust to it.

Is there a restaurant?

No, unfortunately we do not have an on-site restaurant.

Where is the nearest restaurant and where is the next grocery store?

The nearest restaurant is at the sports park in Ismaning. In the center (about 2 km from us) of Ismaning you will find numerous excellent restaurants ranging from Bavarian over Italian to Asian food. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away.

What about parking spaces?

You can park for free above ground and there are usually enough parking spaces. You park in the parking lot with the address Fischerfleck 5. If you walk around the house to the right, you will find the entrance to the Hotel Garni Fischerfleck with the address Fischerfleck 7. You can use the underground car park for a fee of € 8 per day.
